SHIPPING: Items to be shipped within 3 days of order maximum. Most will be shipped the same day if order is before 1:00pm PST. By completing a purchase the customer agrees to these terms. Order confirmation does not guarantee stock. PayPal.

DELAY & CANCELLATIONS: This store complies with FTC Guidelines on Selling by Mail or Internet by notifying customers of any significant delays and providing refund options.

REFUNDS: 30 Days unopened with "tag" full refund. 30 days opened store credit. Buyer pays return shipping.

RISK OF LOSS: Seller assumes the risk for damaged or lost goods in transit. Email seller.

Warranty: As each item is hand made it is rather fragile no warranty is given for these items. If they should arrive damaged, email seller. The maximum financial damages a customer can claim from With Malice is the total amount the buyer originally paid for the products. Receipts required.

GOVERNING LAW: it is Multnomah County in the State or Oregon whose laws govern this agreement. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration at the buyers expense.
